The North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority is seeking a qualified person to join our team as a Full-time Maintenance Technician. Position offers excellent benefits, with a salary based on experience. Minorities and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Ability to pass a stringent drug and background check
• Strong work ethic: motivated, organized, dependable, and personable
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and the public
• HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
