Maintenance
The Maintenance work order line is (352) 486-5420 Ext. 5 and is answered 24-hours a day by an answering service.
The Public Housing Portal is available for your convenience during business hours to submit Maintenance work orders.
After normal business hours and weekends, you may only submit work orders via the 24-hour work order line. The calls are received by an answering service, which then dispatches to the On-Call Maintenance person if the call is determined to be an emergency by NCFRHA's maintenance emergency list. All other non-emergent calls will be addressed per the order of Priority.
