ALL WAITING LISTS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Thank you for your interest in our programs. ALL waiting lists with the NCFRHA are currently closed until further notice. 

Applications received in our office, submitted online, or post-marked by the date the waiting list closed will be placed on the waiting list you selected within 15 business days. We are closed every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Legal Holiday.

We cannot anticipate when an applicant's name will be selected from the waiting list and since the demand for housing assistance often exceeds the limited resources available to HUD and the local housing agencies, long waiting periods are common.
