Notice of Proposed Policy Updates - Public Comment Period

The North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority (NCFRHA) is proposing updates to its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan, its Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and its Public Housing Lease. These revisions are intended to ensure compliance with new federal regulations, improve and streamline current policies, and enhance housing opportunities for low-income families in Levy, Gilchrist, Suwannee, and Wakulla counties.

Copies of the HCV Administrative Plan, the Public Housing ACOP, and the Public Housing Lease are available for in-person review at the NCFRHA office, located at 611 South Pine Street, Bronson, FL 32621

Public comments will be accepted starting November 20, 2025, and the deadline to submit comments is January 5, 2026. Submit comments to:

The NCFRHA Board of Commissioners will vote on adopting the proposed changes on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the NCFRHA office, located at: 611 South Pine Street, Bronson, FL 32621
